We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavioral Technician (RBT). These roles are vital to our mission of providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to clients with exceptional needs. As an Behavioral Technician, you will work directly with clients in home, community, and school settings, implementing behavior reduction protocols and clinical skills instruction. You'll be part of a dynamic team, working under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to make a positive impact on our clients' lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement learning programs and behavior reduction protocols based on ABA principles
- Collect and record accurate data on client behaviors and progress
- Assist with assessments and parental training under BCBA supervision
- Maintain client confidentiality and ensure their safety and well-being
- Collaborate with team members and participate in ongoing training
- Document service activities and complete required paperwork promptly
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's or Master's degree in related field optional
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and required software
- Experience with children in some professional form

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work productively with diverse teams and develop relationships with clients and families
- Creative problem-solving skills and adaptability
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities
Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly rate ranging from $18 to $26, commensurate with experience and qualifications

Additional Requirements:
- Successful completion of fingerprinting and criminal bckg check (BCI and FBI)
- CPR certification
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
